HOME Process Mapping Products is a Canadian based company that has created an introductory online training module on the topic of process mapping. It is designed for people who have little or no experience with creating process maps.
The course is offered in 5 languages including English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese-Mandarin to teach people locally or globally on the basics of process mapping.
